Well as I am counting the days down to starting my new journey on Monday. I have all kinds of thoughts about what habits I have to change. The different food items that I have to give up. Coffee & wine are also on the list.
Not that I drink a lot of coffee or wine it is the thought that I have to quit or give something up. I started listening to a new Motivational CD (Transformation by Dr Wayne Dyer.) Well I never heard of this book but something at Chapters kept me coming back to this CD servies.
I think on the 2nd disc Dr Dyer states something like don’t think of quitting THINK & VISUALIZE being healthy. Don’t quote me as his exact words as I was driving thru traffic. I started to think .. is this my & fellow collegues missing link. When you think about words like I am QUITTING smoking or I am GIVING UP bread for example. The words themselves as sound like being defeated or unachievable. I give up or I quit. Easy way for an excuse or reason to stop a goal, vision or desire. This thought created a whole new process on how I am going to think.
I am now starting a new healthy lifestyle. I am on a journey to be a healthy, vibrate passionate female. I am now starting to develop healthy habits. I have heard that it takes 30 days to develop a habit & 7 days to break it.
