My Journey to health & hormone balance

Well as I am counting the days down to starting my new journey on Monday.  I have all kinds of thoughts about what habits I have to change.  The different food items that I have to give up.  Coffee & wine are also on the list.

Not that I drink a lot of coffee or wine  it is the thought that I have to quit or give something up. I started listening to a new Motivational CD (Transformation by Dr Wayne Dyer.)  Well I never heard of this book but something at Chapters kept me coming back to this CD servies.

I think on the 2nd disc Dr Dyer states something like don’t think of quitting THINK & VISUALIZE being healthy.  Don’t quote me as his exact words as I was driving thru traffic.  I started to think .. is this my & fellow collegues missing link.  When you think about words like I am QUITTING smoking or I am GIVING UP  bread for example.  The words themselves as sound like being defeated or unachievable.  I give up or I quit. Easy way for an excuse or reason to stop a goal, vision or desire.  This thought created a whole new process on how I am going to think.

I am now starting a new healthy lifestyle.  I am on a journey to be a healthy, vibrate passionate female. I am now starting to develop healthy habits.  I have heard that it takes 30 days to develop a habit & 7 days to break it.

My Journey to Balanced Hormones & Healthy Lifestyle

As the days count down to Monday the day that I seriously start my new healthy lifestyle to achieve balanced hormones, I am thinking of all the small things that I have to give up.

There is coffee & wine on the list.  Not that I drink a lot of either it is that thought that I can’t have it if I want it.  Can anyone else relate to this?  I know Diet is not the correct term.  The word diet has Die it in.

I just started listening to a new Motivational CD (Transformation by Dr Wayne Dyer)  I am not familiar with this book.  When at Chapters I kept coming back to this CD series. Sometimes you just have to go with faith or the universal law of attraction.  On the 2nd disc Dr Dyer is talking about the words like quitting or giving up Smoking for example  & to change the words to Becoming Healthy. The words Quitting or giving up have a negative feel.  They give the idea that there is an excuse to fail or reason to stop. Could this be the  Missing Link for me..my colleagues?

I am now focusing on VISUALIZING & BECOMING a healthy, vibrate & passionate women.  My journey is now a healthy lifestyle & developing & maintaining healthy habits.  I have heard that it takes 30 days for form a habit & 7 days to break it.

My journey is about re-balancing my body, lifestyle & incorporating  nutritional cleansing.  I am going to be Clean, Lean & Energized. Dr Dyer suggest that we state over in our minds what we want so that our thoughts become what we become.  Don’t quote my is not  exactly what he said as I was driving thru traffic.  This is my version from listening to the tape one time.
